±4kV Surge Protection Isolation CAN Transceiver Module TD5(3)01DCANHE Series
MORNSUN recently launched a new isolated CAN transceiver TD5(3)01DCANHE series with top EMC performance, which has two optional voltages of 3.3V and 5V, that is are designed to withstand high voltage transients of up to 15 kV IEC ESD (air discharge), 8 kV IEC ESD (contact discharge), and a 4 kV surge.
Along with outstanding EMC performance, the new series not only has low electromagnetic radiation and high resistance to electromagnetic interference, but is also stable in high interference environments.
Adopting new IC integrated technologies the TD5(3)01DCANHE series significantly improves EMC performance and a maintains a small DIP8 package.
Now with integrated power supply, CAN bus isolation and ESD protection is all in one module, which assists with fast signal response in many applications such as in power grid, industrial control, rail & automotive transportation & instrumentation.
